1. Memberships and Refunds At PowerPulse Fitness , we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. If you are not completely satisfied with your membership or services, please review our refund policy below. 2. Eligibility for Refunds Memberships: If you decide to cancel your membership, please notify us within 14 days of the initial sign-up date for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not be refunded, but you may be eligible for pro-rated refunds based on usage. Personal Training Sessions: If you are not satisfied with the personal training sessions, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We will offer a rework of the session or partial refund depending on the issue. Class Packages: If you have purchased a class package and are unsatisfied with the classes, please contact us within 7 days for a refund or replacement classes. Proof of purchase or membership is required for all refund requests. 3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method or as store credit. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling For cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions or classes, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
